DIRECTOR'S BIG BEND RIDE

Event date:
Fri, 10/08/2021 - 6:45am to Mon, 10/11/2021 - 6:00pm
  • Join us for the 19th Annual Director's Ride to Big Bend!  Indian Lodge is now completely booked. If anyone still wants to go and stay at Indian Lodge, please contact our Director Dale. He is keeping a wait list to fill any cancellations that may come up. The list will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, so if you still want to go to Big Bend, get on the list soon. Dale will send a memo to all members with reserved rooms to contact him if they have to cancel so that rooms can be filled by members that still want to go. Any questions regarding the wait list or canceling rooms can be emailed to Dale at [email protected]. Dale is also looking for hotel space in Fort Davis for those who want to go but do not have reservations.

The on-site restaurant is open Wed-Sun 7 am - 2 pm. The restaurant will also be available for dinner from 5 - 7 pm Saturday and Sunday evenings. We will celebrate our arrival at Indian Lodge with a pizza party in the activity building Friday evening.

When packing for this trip, be sure to include cold and wet weather gear. The weather can be unpredictable.
